Research Interests

Polymer and nanocomposite functional materials. Soft/stretchable conductive materials. Stimuli-responsive materials and interfaces. Applications in organic (bio)electronics, soft robotics and biomedicine.

Main areas:

  • Polymer nanosheets, conformable/skin-contact organic (bio)electronics, ink-jet printing and laser-induced synthesis of functional materials;
  • Electro Active Polymers and other stimuli-responsive polymeric materials for soft actuators and sensors;
  • Micro/nanostructured and bioinspired functional surfaces with tunable properties, biointerfaces.

Dr. Greco has been also involved in several industry-funded projects, about materials and devices for energy harvesting and bioelectronics.

He is the author of around 50 ISI papers, 3 book chapters, and of several communications to international conferences. He is coinventor of 7 international patents/patents applications. He serves as reviewer for several international journals in the fields of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanotechnology, Microrobotics.
